Too soon for some?
I have been training in this area for approximately two years, so I was already familiar with the concepts. Nothing new for me, but I definitely enjoyed seeing Vishen's demo of the HSTSS story telling format. One thing came up for me. I think having a formula is one thing. Having a story worth sharing is another. I am not concerned for myself in this regard, however, I see quite a lot of people who are probably "not there yet" being encouraged to coach others too soon imho, and I don't think this is good for them or the industry.
