I dont even think this company deserves a 1 star. I always order my wigs here. I have bought about 6 so far. This time I accidently charged Unice plus to my order no aware of it before I paid, so I ended up paying for it on accident. So that's when I asked them to refund only the Unice plus charge. Instead they refunded the whole thing and didn't send my wig, so ended up missing an event I had planned for Saturday June 27. This Will be my last time ordering from them. Another thing is they say it is 100% human hair, but I washed only the cap on the wig and it shriveled all the way up and I couldn't get it detangled at all. Thats why I needed a new wig in yhe first place. The one I had wasn't even old when this happened. They are getting away with false advertisement as well
