Very poor customer support
Very poor customer support. No one responds on live chat, and emails go unanswered for days. My packages were stuck with Reship for over a week, and I had to repeatedly follow up without receiving any proper solution or clear communication. The lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary delays and negatively impacted my business. Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend their service.
