I had a very bad experience with this insurance company. I WILL GIVE -5 OUT OF 5. After going numerious time of email going back and forward at the end it was refused. What's the point of purchasing the insurance when it's going to be refused when the time comes to claim? I send all the pictures of the broken item and all the purchase invoices. Even though it gets refused. I don't trust this company anymore.
