I ordered a full size topper and was told on the phone by the man trying to pressure me that I would only be charged $20 to have it shipped, via FedEx, and subsequent 11 monthly payments of $31.00. SCAM ALERT! They charged me the $20, AND THEN $381.84. I immediately called the number on the TV that I had called to place the order and dispute it and was told by Camilla that the $381.84 was a "secure authorization hold," and that it would drop off within 24 hours." 5 days later, it has not dropped off. The topper got here by SpeedX, not FedEx- just to illustrate either incompetence or an additional lie. I haven't opened the box , nor do I intend to. I've been trying all day to get my money back, but they haven't taken any of my calls. LIARS AND THIEVES. DON'T FALL FOR IT.
