Stay away! Terrible customer service and deceptive trade-in practices. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. The representatives are completely untrained, confused, and consistently give out incorrect information. To make matters worse, they processed one of my cellphones for a $0 trade-in value—a deal I explicitly never accepted. They essentially took my phone for free. Be incredibly careful if you are planning to trade in your phone with them!
