Lies about shipping
I ordered in February and have not received my banquette. Almost every week the delivery date gets pushed back. They have refunded me my shipping fee and a courtesy amount... but it's been going on 6 months and I would prefer to have my furniture over a refund. I'm not hopeful that I will ever get my furniture, and at this point I am considering cancelling the order. I will never order from this company again and caution all not to.
