I wish I could give this place zero reviews- this place has terrible customer service. They do entering via email- they don’t have a call center, while all other ketamine services have call centers. They send you your vile, but then you can’t use it for two weeks because they only have therapists who could sit through the sessions with you available every two weeks. They have a shortage on therapists - they’re rude They cancelled my appointment twice, which made a total of a month because again, it takes two weeks to make an appointment with a therapist. All in all the service is horrible which made the whole experience horrible and they had the nerve to charge me 315 dollars when I cancelled their service .. THE NERVE
