Buyer beware
Buyer beware: Returning or exchanging these shoes can cost you around $100. I paid $181+ for a pair of boots. To return them, I had to pay over $80+ to ship them back to China via USPS with tracking, and my refund excluded taxes and shipping insurance. My total loss was nearly $100. If I had known this return policy, I would not have purchased $181 boots from this company. Unless you’re 200% sure you’ll keep the shoes, think twice before ordering. The company should clearly disclose before checkout that returns require shipping to China at the customer’s expense.
