Horrible ServiceI
I live in Newport Beach, CA and am purchasing a 68' Nordhavn. I called Trident Funding and I was told I needed to work with Bobby Purewal in the Newport Beach office. The receptionist took a message for Bobby to return my call. He never called so I left another message and he still didn't return my call. I was given his email address and sent him an email. Still no reply so I called the main office again and was told that Bobby said he was too busy to return my phone calls or even send me a courtesy email reply acknowledging my inquiry. I am in the financial business as well as can't even imagine ignoring a prospective client like this. Absolutely horrible service. Why would I trust them, and especially Bobby with my business!
