Very disappointed
I arrived late to the theatre because my transport was severely delayed. I then had to wait until the interval before I was allowed into the auditorium, meaning I missed an hour and a half of the performance. Despite explaining the situation, I was not offered a refund, replacement ticket or any suitable resolution. I understand that late entry may be subject to theatre policy, but this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The delay was outside my control, and I expected better support from TodayTix.
