UPDATED REVIEW: After my first contact (see context after), the support agreed to proceed with a refund after I gave away the entire list of bugs returned by the audit (they will fix them all). ------------------------------------------------------ Context: I have purchased the subscription plugin, ran an AI audit over the code (we do so on every plugin to protect our customers). The audit came back with TONS of issues, among them the ability for non-logged users to mark any order as paid, change other users' subscriptions and many other similar critical issues. I asked for a refund, giving all the details to fix those vulns, they just said they need an access to our machine... In what world a software developer requires a remote machine access to fix some code when you give them file name + line in the code ? So all in all, they didn't want to refund.
