Unauthorised Charge
Charged my account for a box I didn’t order. The auto selected meals include dairy which I cannot eat. I have not used Dinnerly for over a year and just receive a random charge out of the blue with a text message sent after business hours when you can’t contact them. Message sent 5hrs before midnight delivery. Total scam. Edit: Why would I skip an order I didn’t place or want. I had already cancelled my orders a year ago. Dinnerly just decided to send it without my authorisation.
