Dissatisfied Customer/ UNice is a SCAM
My experience with this on line hair company has been absolutely horrible. I ordered a wig and it came nine days later. The site indicated the order would be received within five to sevens days. So, the product came late and when received it was damaged. The draw string was broken and unrepairable. I paid one hundred and thirty dollars for this wig. Immediately I requested for a refund and the site indicated I had to wait for an approval. I never heard back. This order was placed May 22, 2026. It is now June 30, 2026 and still nothing. I have tried emailing sending messages and there is never any return messages to assist in anyway. This is not acceptable at all. I will never order from this company again and wouldn’t advise anyone else to do so. You can’t call there is no number available. This should be against the law. I am going to post this on every social media platform to give people a fair warning of how you will be treated if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like your money back. You will not get a response back let alone a refund.
