Delayed Delivery, Poor Support, and a Shocking Refund Offer
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Novelship, especially if there's any chance you may need to return an item. I purchased a pair of shoes for AUD 196.86 based on the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout. Unfortunately, the order arrived well after the estimated delivery date, which was the only reason I requested a return. The shoes were never worn, never used, and remained in Deadstock condition with the original packaging and authentication tag intact. The customer service experience was extremely frustrating. I had to provide my Order ID three separate times because I kept receiving automated responses asking for information that I had already submitted. It felt like no one was actually reading my emails. After weeks of waiting, I was finally offered a refund of only AUD 55.48 on an order that cost me AUD 196.86. I have asked for a detailed breakdown of how this amount was calculated, but at the time of writing I am still waiting for a clear explanation. If you're buying from Novelship, make sure you fully understand their return policy before placing an order. If your order is delayed or your circumstances change, you may find that returning an unused item is far more difficult and expensive than expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Novelship and will not be purchasing from them again.
