We ordered the Alina engagement with engraving. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. However, a couple of months ago, I noticed the silver was flaking off. Yes I took pictures. Now it looks like the band is cracked all of the way around. I look over my paperwork for the warranty. Nothing in there says anything about warranty on the band itself. I go to the website to see about making a claim and put in my order number. Well, I guess that “lifetime warranty” is just a gimmick. I understand certain exclusions, however I have had this ring for only 3 months, and it is already showing me it’s poor quality.
