Refuses to Pay
I had a series of surveys not pay the incentive despite having me complete the entire survey. I contacted E-Rewards about it, and they responded that I gave "rushed answers, repetitive responses or very short replies to open-ended questions" without specifics. These surveys did not have open-ended questions, and the questions themselves were repetitive. I responded that I gave complete and honest answers to the surveys and requested they show the evidence that my answers were of low quality. Their response was to repeat the same quote I give above that they claim I must have done and refuse to prove their claim. I have performed the work and they are withholding the promised payment without substantiation.
