Ketamine=Great. Mindbloom=Terrible
Ketamine is a wonderful treatment. It has helped me with terrible anxiety and ptsd. The Mindbloom experience was so awful that it aggravated my symptoms to the point where I had to cancel and accept a different choice (joyous is what I went with). First, they decided to switch pharmacies mid-way through my first program of sessions. The new pharmacy makes a cocktail of drugs which not only defeated the ketamine but brought back old symptoms along with aggravated versions of them. I waited for a couple of session to see if it was just me having a negative type of experience, but repeated doses (even trying to lower them at one point) still created more nervousness, dreadful feeling and add leg shaking and chills to the new version as well. When I spoke with them they did nothing to address it, and when I decided to cancel, they charged me a total of $2000 (which included the faulty medication that they would not refund). Do yourself a favor. Find another option. Mindbloom does not care one bit about their product/medication, your treatment or how it affects you when they are just searching for the lowest cost pharmacy and they don’t care what’s in it. I’m out. My doctor has gotten me resettled and I’ll continue ketamine elsewhere because it is a truly miraculous drug. Just poisoned by Mindbloom and their lack of care.
