Mystery sender. Mystery product. Clueless.
I received it today in a plain brown carton in a plastic mailer. No company or item identification anywhere. No packing slip. I opened it up. No instructions. No contact information. No way to get assistance. I don't even know for sure if what I got is what I ordered. Very shoddy, stupid, and disrespectful presentation.
