Bad at communicating
TLDR - didn’t read my request and never got back to me The website is wonderful guiding you with the different ring types stones and cuts, however after completing my request and putting in a full description of my desired ring with reference images I received a generic message asking me about the ring questions that were not relevant to my ring type as well as questions that were answered in my profile - it was evident that they didn’t read my request before contacting me - this on its own is not the end of the world however after re explaining my ring ideas it was radio silent and they never got back to me So I cannot comment on the quality of the rings and the process throughout as I couldn’t even get a message back I understand this isn’t a common comment with this company so maybe I was unlucky
