I had an issue with a guitar bought from another supplier
I had an issue with a guitar I purchased from Amazon and they refused to make it right, so very upset I reached out to Fender and got Mark B as my customer service representative, Mark went above and beyond to make my bad situation a wonderful one!! He was not only polite , kind and efficient but he went out of his way to make 💯 sure I was satisfied in a VERY timely manner! Fender is lucky to hv him and moving forward if anyone needs anything you shld do your best to deal with Mark B for your needs! Thanks so much Mark for all you did
