As far as I'm concerned, this team all deserve a raise in pay. Dominic, Don, Devin and Annie helped us sort out some pretty sticky connection errors we were having in our email client. And then, we briefly lost http service in the wee hours. An email to urgent@pair prompted the team to check the server logs and somehow during a debugging operation I was conducting I evidently set off a bunch of packets that looked to Apache like an intrusion attempt and it locked me out, generating a series of 403 errors. The team consulted the server logs and whitelisted our IP#, so that won't happen again. First Class! I highly recommend the team at Pair Networks.
