KFC 6041 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822. Absolutely terrible experience that reflects horribly on the KFC brand as a whole. Placed a mobile app order and was forced to wait over an hour in the store due to pure staff incompetence and a complete failure of management. This location is a total operational failure. The employees on duty showed zero work ethic or care for the customers, completely ignoring the massive food backlog. To make matters worse, when the food was finally handed over, the order was completely wrong and missing items I paid for. This location is an absolute embarrassment to the company name. Management needs to step in immediately and retrain this crew (at the very least). Avoid this location if you value your time and money.

Extremely deceptive and unprofessional…
Extremely deceptive and unprofessional branch handling of a fully cleared, certified corporate check. I deposited an official auto-equity check from AutoNation into my brand-new account layout, and the branch has placed an unprovoked administrative hold on my family's moving and essential survival funds.
The funds are fully processed and cleared on AutoNation's end. I physically walked into the local branch and spent my valuable time trying to resolve this face-to-face, and I have called Fifth Third's corporate customer service lines multiple times, but their desk did absolutely nothing to help. The branch staff refuses to perform a simple 2-minute phone verification with the dealership's accounting desk to release the hold. This unprovoked restriction is actively creating severe financial strain, threatening our ability to pay essential bills on time, risking incoming late fees, and actively endangering a local family's critical housing transition. An official federal complaint has been formally logged under active CFPB Case ID: 260630-34849275. Avoid this bank at all costs.
