I received my shipment and a few of the boxes were cut open and banged up pretty badly but the items were well packed and there was only one small cut in the top screen. Still very much usable but it was replaced without question. The process was very easy and fast. The assembly process looked daunting but the detailed and very easy to follow assembly instructions made it a breeze. Haven’t had the opportunity to use it on my leaves yet but it made short work of some very tall grass. Can’t wait to use it this fall. Thank you. Don
