Serana Was Great
Serana was great at helping me get the right product after I mistakenly ordered the wrong extension length. After paying the difference the warehouse mistakenly sent the wrong lenght anyway. Serana was great to rescind the difference. Serena was responsive, kind and reassuring. Great customer service!
