Beware fine print and policies made to screw you.
The only good thing is the very low price is on the initial sign-up. There are so many intentional drawbacks in their business model. Firstly it took me almost an hour just to get an eSIM for my iPhone. It only takes a few minutes on other carriers. That's because they make you go through chat. If you ever have to move iPhones you have to contact them. On other networks, you can transfer an eSIM from iPhone to iPhone in settings. On US mobile, you have to contact them via chat and you can't even generate an eSIM online via self service. Second, if you do their multi network add-on, they kind of screw you, and they set it up to make it almost unavoidable. I bought a multi network line, then tried to port-in my existing number. They said no, and simply that everything I paid for the multi-network line would have to be forfeited and they couldn't even transfer it to my wife's phone because I bought the annual plan. They basically said that once the number was created, and paid for, there's no changing it after that. The year of service that I've already paid for on the multi-network line was basically forfeited and no changes could be made to the number once it was activated. We had to buy ANOTHER annual plan of service to port in my number. I've never heard that policy with any other carrier. If you use multi-network, then you have to keep auto pay on or they will literally cancel your multi-network service, even if you paid for an entire year. I'm really worried about when my first year is up that they're going to cancel my phone numbers when I port out. I've had these phone numbers for over 10 years. Customer service is VERY slow via chat. Buyer beware.
