Absolute Scam! Hidden Subscriptions and Unauthorized Charges!
I am absolutely furious with MuseScore and their predatory, deceptive business practices. All I wanted to do was make a simple, one-time purchase of two music sheets. Somewhere during that checkout process, MuseScore hiddenly checked a box and signed me up for a subscription without my explicit consent or any clear warning. They immediately raided my bank account and stole €28 (approx. 700 CZK) to activate a 3-month subscription that I never wanted, never asked for, and will never use. This is not how a legitimate business operates; this is straight-up theft and a textbook "dark pattern" trap to trick users out of their money. They rely on sneaking things into the fine print, hoping people won't notice until the money is already gone. It is deeply frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you just want to buy a single sheet of music, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will trick you into a subscription and rob you blind. I will be demanding a full refund, and if they refuse, I am escalating this as a fraudulent charge with my bank.
