Fraud - Bait and Switch
This is a fraud company with the bait and switch game plan. Please do not book with this company ever, and do not give them your credit card number and personal details ( passport details, home address, ect) They have no supervisors and you will be directed back to the booking agent or colleagues that state they are supervisors. Waste of your time! I will be contacting the BBB next and Federal Credit Bureau. Confirmed price and route and filled out payment method 2 to 3 times, 4th day get a call that the airline did not offer price and now its more expensive! Bait and Switch! How do you confirm a price with a customer and then daily increase the price making the customer fill out several booking payment forms....interesting ! After this review was posted they have been calling daily to resolve and its someone new every time. I have documentation to support my review (emails and text messages)
