Avoid If You Expect Reliable Delivery
My experience with Straightship has been extremely disappointing. I had two separate packages from Temu assigned to Straightship, and neither package was ever delivered. In both cases, the tracking status claimed, "An attempt was made to deliver your package – unable to deliver." This is simply not true. No one came to my address, no delivery notice was left, and I never received a phone call, even though I provided my contact number and asked customer service to have the driver contact me. I contacted Straightship multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, I received different explanations each time. Despite my repeated requests, no one ever called or made a genuine effort to complete the delivery. As a customer, I expect accurate tracking information, honest communication, and reasonable efforts to deliver my packages. Unfortunately, Straightship failed on all three. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this delivery company and hope they improve their customer service and delivery practices. AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEAN
