Sofa arrived with no legs or screws. Had to wait 48 hours for response as no one picked up when I called the customer service line. Then was told to submit a request to the aftercare team. The website kept sending me in a loop and had to wait to get a response on why. Still waiting for their aftercare team to contact me. Would never order anything from them again.
