We paid over $800 for this slushie machine last year, and it has been one of the worst purchases we've made for our business. The machine has never worked reliably from the beginning. Instead of providing real customer support, the company sent us a strange troubleshooting video and expected us to repair the machine ourselves. We bought a machine expecting it to work—not to become technicians and figure out how to fix it. Because we couldn't get meaningful help, the machine sat in our living room for months until we finally found someone willing to repair it at our own expense. It worked for a short time, then one side stopped working. After getting that fixed, the other side failed. It has been one problem after another. This machine has cost us far more than the purchase price. We've lost sales at events, wasted product when the machine stopped working, and spent time and money hauling this heavy machine back and forth for repairs. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Getting help has been difficult, and after reaching out again, we still haven't received the follow-up we were promised. I would not recommend this machine or this company to anyone looking for reliable equipment for their business.
