Late refills and slow to respond
So I get 2 medications through Strut. One is refilled every 90 days and 1 every 28 days. The one I get refilled every 28 days, there is always an issue with it. This is the 2nd refill in a row that it takes more than a week for my prescription to even ship meaning I am always a week without my medication. I am sure glad this is an elective medication and not a life saving heart medication or something like that. I send messages and the only replies I get is the pharmacy is out of the medication and they are trying to find another pharmacy. Don't expect the reply messages to come the same day either. IF I can ever get this prescription filled, I will be finding another company to go through to get my medication elsewhere.
