I have ordered so many earrings from this company and have always loved every single one. My recent order I had one issue with the siren collection where a pair of earrings was bent on arrival and broke very easily as I picked it up, it was the pair I was most looking forward to wearing. After contacting them and sending a photo of what I meant, they promptly sent me another pair without any hassle or having to jump through hoops for a replacement; I can't fault their service at all.
