Do not use apple business. They themselves do not now how it works. They walk you through moving everything over to them then ask you to get an email to verify your email that is unavailable because they have moved your email over to their server and then tell you that they have no way to access it. It has been 18 days and they still have no answer as to how to access my email . Everyday, well we will have to start recovery and then the recovery wants to contact you through an email that you cannot get to because you need the passcode in the email to get to the amail to check it. Apple Business was released too soon. They argued with me about even having cloud email, told me it was impossible, then an hour later figured out that they were offering cloud email. Literally had to show senior advisor how to access it to prove to him it existed. Google is much better for business management.
