Dont be like me and ignore the bad reviews.
I ignored the bad reviews, and i regret it. I bought 4 dresses, over $500 spent. Dresses are not true to size, VERY poor quality (SHEIN is better!) and the customer service is even worse. Took 2 months and over 15 emails to get a refund/return. They kept offering store credit even after i said to stop offering alternatives, as i wanted a refund to my original payment method. And even then, the only reason i got my money back is because i filed a dispute w my bank. Since the dresses delivered to their warehouse and still 2 weeks later i still didnt get my money back. I even had to pay for shipping and a 5$ restocking fee (per each item) DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
