Easy to use but issues
The platform is easy to use however I do have issues I face every day. We have to reconnect via ShipStation Connect at least once a day. If you shut your computer down at night you have to input your shipping settings in every morning. When integrating with Shopify, the customers notes do not come through onto the packing slip in ShipStation on the basic plan. That should be included in every plan.
