My experience with Fundbox was excellent, and I especially want to recognize Derice for the exceptional customer service he provided. While our business is currently working through the challenges of recovering from a recent fire loss, Derice was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and kind throughout the process. He took the time to understand our situation and worked quickly to find a solution that provided much-needed relief on an existing loan. Once a solution was identified, he acted promptly to get everything processed. His professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
