I purchased several devices (STREAM 1.92kWh, plugs and meters) through the Ecoflow website. The shipment arrived on time, but one device wasn't working properly. The warranty and support contact were relatively quick, and the refund was quickly credited to my account. Ecoflow is one of the first and largest companies offering battery products. Good communication and acceptable warranty service.
