My “my-zone” watch stopped working…
My “my-zone” watch stopped working after 3 years because the battery failed and when I contacted support I was told nothing could be done because the watch was out of warranty. I do not have faith in a product which after 3 years of non extensive use failed and so I would not purchase another. If that is the life period expected then I think that needs to be made clear to costumers at the outset. A shame as I enjoyed the product and the ability to track fitness.
