Onyx Wrist Alarm and support team
I ordered the Onyx Wrist Alarm, and at first I had to wait for almost a month. Even though, I rate them with 5 stars as this was not a direct issue with them, but with the delivery company. I've been exchanging emails with the team support, Felix and especially Jay, who have been very polite and resolutive. When the product arrived, I had some issues with it and they reached out instantly with me to find a solution; I'm getting a replacement sent to me as I text this, which is amazing. Overall the support, the company and their product are lovely, and I fully recommend them:)
