Gift cards
I was purchasing gift cards and accidentally I ordered two of the same. The customer service person (Assma) originally had told me that they couldn't do nothing in their end, but she understood how desperate I was and she took it upon herself to put a request to cancel one of the cards with the company in question and a few days ago I got an email and credit for the money I had spent . I believe she went above and beyond her duties. She was very understanding, professional and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much!!!
