I received a package of hair that had been previously opened with a visible voided sticker which had been reapplied
I received a package of hair that had clearly been previously opened, the void sticker was visibly broken and reapplied. The return process has been very complicated with multiple barriers including only one return, or multiple steps to complete the return. The product sent is the issue, a clearly voided sticker is now my problem and burden to have replaced. I’ve been a customer for years this had never occurred before I will definitely think twice before ordering from BELLAMI again.
