Five stars for the product, one star service
Five stars for the product, one star for the customer "service" which has been awful, the wrong item was sent, then a replacement was sent to the wrong address, then another wrong item was sent...six weeks later, I still do not have the product I ordered and am waiting on a refund. Update: It has been another month and I still have not been refunded after returning the original wrong item sent. Third installment: TP finally responded to my inquiry about the refund for the items I sent back. They claim they were never received. I have proof of delivery from Fedex, showing that both packages were received and signed for by their "customer service" department. I still have not gotten any resolution so I am disputing the charges. Buyer beware, this company is not to be trusted!
