Costumer service was a joke
Costumer service was a joke. Emailed them two days after receiving shoes for my daughter as the sole broke completely. They assured me they would look into it. After a month of hearing nothing from Them I reached out to see if they had made any progress with the issue. They apologized and said sorry we can’t do anything as it’s now Passed the 29 days in our return policy.
