ErgoTune Vesby – Defective Chair, Poor Support, Not Worth the Price Not possible to give 0 stars, so giving one. I purchased an ErgoTune Vesby based on its ergonomic and service claims. The chair arrived with defects (dirty seat, scraped armrests, missing/faulty parts), and support focused on pushing return costs onto me rather than providing proper warranty service. The seat material is a rough, scratchy mesh and is uncomfortable to use with shorts, making daily use impractical. At a price of around $899 AUD, there are significantly better‑quality ergonomic chairs available in the Australian market. Customer service responses have largely been automated chatbot messages that fail to address the specific defects and remedies requested. I do not recommend this product or the after‑sales support I received.
