Terrible order and customer service experience
Oh my gosh - it was awful. I ordered a suit, then received an email that the order was canceled (no reason provided) and that I would receive another email when my refund went through. I never received a second message, but the refund did go through. Meanwhile, the suit remained on the website available for order - but when I tried to order it again, there were technical issues at the point of purchase. So incredibly frustrating. Even though I've been a lifelong Speedo wearer, I will never order another one again.
