DHGate & KOTOYO is a SCAM & do not order through…
DHGate is a SCAM & do not order through them-YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. I live in New Zealand & purchased Shuntu Binoculars through seller: KOTOYO on their website & they were not sent.I have spend over 2 months trying to get refund which I eventually got for binoculars but not NZ$50 postage to send miniature binoculars seller sent me back to him.He would not give me refund until I sent these back and they were worth nothing.KOTOYO & DHGATE will not refund my postage.I asked DHGATE to delete seller KOTOYO from their website but they just ignore my requests.I have spent hours on their customer service chatline trying to get postage refund & NOTHING IS DONE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM or they will scam you just like me. This was my first order through them BUT NEVER AGAIN. UPDATE ON 18 July 2026 AS I CONTACTED DHGATE AGAIN AS PER THEIR REPLY: I contacted DHGate yesterday as per their reply below & they gave me the same response that the seller has to agree to pay the postage & he ofcourse will not. I have sent him 5 requests to refund but they are ignorred. When this happens you would expect DHGate to step in if you have a legitimate complaint but NO. They are on the side of the SELLER NOT BUYER WHICH STINKS. This is not good enough they should as a customer focused company be able to refund the postage & charge the seller when you have a legitimate complaint. DHGATE WORKS FOR THE SELLER & NOT THE BUYER-THIS COMPANY KOTOYO ARE STILL SELLING ON DHGATE & I have asked them numerous times & filled out a compaint form to delete this seller from their online website but they just ignore me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM DHGATE OR KOTOYO AS YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS AS A BUYER WHEN A DSIPUTE ARISES. THEY DO NOT CARE.
