Myzone could not have been more helpful, was a pleasure to deal with theeir Customer Service! Whilst waiting for a new myzone, my account was put on hold so I didn't lose my spot, nor my weekly streak. so easy!! I felt fully supported and understood and they assisted with connecting my new device. I wish I knew the person/s name, they sounded friendly even via text!!
