IGNORING MY REFUND. Appalling customer service, phone case has been returned tracked. They asked for proof of tracked return, which I sent to them and they have ignored my numerous emails ever since. Absolutely disgusting. £35 for a pathetically poor phone case and then £18 to return and they have not send me a penny. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Order took 10 days to arrive. I was disappointed with the case, the quality was very poor for the price. I contacted customer service to make a return (which of course costs a fortune) each time I have contacted them it has taken customer service between 5-8 days to reply. I returned the case which arrived with them on 8th June and I still have not had a refund or confirmation of one. Would not purchase from here ever again
