They fraudulently charge me for a "free" subscription. Let's be clear, I understand the basic trick of offering a "free trial" to suck people into an unintentional subscription. That's why I specifically checked my account and made absolutely certain that the "auto renew" option was turned off. When I saw the charge on my credit card statement and told them I wanted a refund, they said I was outside of the 14-day time limit to contest fraud.
